These terms apply to every service you order from iDeploy Host. By creating an account or placing an order, you agree to them.

1. Your account

You must give accurate contact details and keep them up to date. You are responsible for keeping your password safe and for everything done through your account.

2. Orders and payment

Prices are shown before you order. A service starts once its first invoice is paid. Invoices must be paid by their due date; unpaid services may be suspended and later cancelled.

3. Renewals and cancellation

Services renew automatically for the same billing period unless you cancel them from your client area before the renewal date. Cancelling stops future renewals; refunds follow our Refund Policy.

4. Domain names

Domain registrations are subject to the rules of the relevant registry. Registration fees are paid to third parties and are not refundable once a domain is registered or renewed. You are responsible for renewing your domains on time.

5. Acceptable use

Services must be used lawfully and in line with our Acceptable Use Policy. We may suspend a service that puts our network, other customers or third parties at risk.

6. Backups and your data

We take care to protect our systems, but you remain responsible for keeping your own copies of your website, email and data.

7. Availability and liability

We work to keep services available at all times, but we cannot promise uninterrupted service. To the extent the law allows, our liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the affected service in the previous three months.

8. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or end a service for unpaid invoices, abuse, or a breach of these terms. Where possible, we will tell you first and give you time to fix the problem.

9. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The current version is always published on this page.
