- Contact details you give us: name, email address, phone number and address.
- Billing records: invoices and payments. Card details are handled by our payment providers and are not stored by us.
- Technical information: IP addresses and sign-in records, used to keep accounts secure.
- Messages you send us through support tickets.
2. How we use it
We use your information to provide and bill for your services, to contact you about your account, to prevent fraud and abuse, and to meet our legal obligations.
3. Who we share it with
We share information only where needed to provide your services: payment providers, domain registries and registrars (which may publish registration details as their rules require), and service providers working on our behalf. We do not sell your personal information.
4. How long we keep it
We keep your information while your account is active and afterwards for as long as the law requires, for example for tax records.
5. Security
We protect your information with encrypted connections, access controls and optional two-step sign-in for your account.
6. Your choices
You can review and update your details from your client area at any time. To ask for a copy of your data or for its deletion, contact us through the support centre.
